I think the two most overlooked natural resources within the US are the groups that are just coming into the world and the ones that are about to leave. Now, I know most Baby Boomers don’t want to hear that they’ll be gone soon, but it’s true. Have you ever calculated how much more time you have between now and the time of your death? (DOD)

It is not a question that many people want answers too! Just for fun, guess what … Do you need help?

For your gender, I think the standard for women is 87 and for men it is 74. So if you are 61 now, add in the remaining years and that will give you a ballpark figure as to your DOD. It could be better if you draw a timeline. Take a sheet of paper and draw a horizontal line across the page, from one end to the other. On the right side write your date of birth (DOB) and on the left side write your date of death (DOD). About three-quarters wide, on the right side, make a vertical line and write today’s date. Now this should help clear your thinking about how much time you have left. Is it 20, 30, 40 years that you have left? 13 – 26 years respectively

You can cheer up, because you knew your name would appear in the obituaries anyway.

Have you thought about what will be placed on your tombstone?

I’m sure I’m glad this is over!Hope this is just a test! Was it a bad joke or what?Well, she can’t follow me here! What was all that due to?So what’s next, Trial By Fire?

President Ronald Reagan had a saying

“Remember me in passing, because as you are, so was I, and as I am, soon you will be, so be careful to follow me” … And he said that it seems that someone else wrote an answer.

“To follow you I am contained, I just wish I knew in which direction you went”

At this point you should ask yourself “what’s the point”. My point is, you Baby Boomers are a great American resource and it would be embarrassing if we lost all of your knowledge, skills, abilities, and wisdom. Baby boomers are still a very profitable product that is being overlooked. Perhaps the most important decision you can make is how can I help shape and develop the next generation to come? Just think that the children of today will be your greatest support tomorrow.

America’s position in the world, a hundred years from now, will be questionable. There is no guarantee that America will remain number one in the world by 2108. Now is the time to pass on what you have learned. We often talk about a generation gap and, well, maybe.

There are generations that go through American society without having a clue of the impact they are having on the future, or the impact the future is having on them. There are a number of areas that point to these same facts. If you Google “Problems with America,” you won’t find any more surprising than the nation’s graduation rate. At the time of the Baby Boomers, the graduation rate was much higher than it is today, if not for another reason, parents said that you will stay in school and graduate. Generally, these were parents who set the rules and limited themselves to what was acceptable and what was not. Children between the ages of 13 and 20 can be a “lost liter” and something we will never get back from Yahoo and Myspace. As you may well know, there are several agencies that are trying to deal with these situations. The youth in this group are on their way to becoming the person they see in their minds.

The group with possibly the greatest potential for the future is the age group 6-12. This group would be made up of children from 1st to 6th grade. Is there a way that I can step in and help young people before they are programmed so that they do not reach or reach their full potential? Can you think of a child who doesn’t want to go to school? This is except the first day of 1st grade. These are normally the people thirsty for knowledge. If a connection could be made between what they are learning in elementary school and how to use this knowledge, in the real world, they would be way ahead of the learning curve. Some will say that parents and teachers are there to fill this role, but we know that it may not be the truth. How old were you when you thought about your future? And what was possible to achieve. When did you see that what you were learning had a real connection, with the world, and just for testing?

What if you could become their Coach … Think about what a Coach does? … Take skills and link them to performance … Coach (write your name), can you imagine yourself as a coach? … Imagine the advances you could make in the future. It would be nice to have it at the time of the DOD. The coach of the future

Thanks for your time …
