Nintendo’s Wii console really revolutionized the way we view video games. Instead of sitting on the couch wiggling your thumbs, you should get up and move your whole body.

Since the Wii came out, Nintendo has worked hard to make a new console to take its unique gaming experience to another level. After a few years of development, Nintendo released the Wii U. The Wii U is a vast improvement over the original Wii and millions of people around the world have seized the opportunity to purchase a Wii U.

What does this console include? Let’s take a look at the different parts of the Wii U and how they go together.

1. Obviously the main part of Wii U is the console. One of the best qualities of the Wii U is that it plays games in HD at 1080p. This is huge, since the original Wii did not support HD formats. The console is the main point of the Wii U from which you connect all the power cables, HDMI cable, USB chargers and with which you will synchronize the controllers. Overall, the Wii U is approximately 50% more powerful than any of the currently available gaming systems. Unfortunately, that could change once the PlayStation 4 and X-Box One hit the market.

2. The second most important part of this system is the games panel. This is essentially the Wii-U controller. It has analog sticks, control buttons, and most importantly, it has a touch screen. The touch screen is used in many of the games and is a large part of the interaction with what happens on television. This gamepad is the most high-tech controller on the market right now and is a cool Wii U feature.

3. A key part of the Wii U is the sensor. It is very much like the sensor on the original Wii and is essentially what captures the movement of the game pad and allows you to play.

4. The last part of Wii U is what holds it together. Most of what the Wii U uses to hold all of its parts together is a three-wing screw and threads in the plastic on all the parts. Nintendo uses three wings for almost all of its products and this system is no exception. Without the screws, the console would collapse rendering it useless.

That sums up the parts that make up the Wii U. When you put them all together, you get a great video game console.
