Here’s the thing. I write a lot of articles on weight loss and exercise. Before and after them I usually do 2 specific things to help me stay fit, slim and healthy.

Just before writing this article, I made 20 turns. Now, I’ve been doing spins for years… so you should NOT do 20 spins. Try 5… or at most 10.

So why am I doing this?

I do them because they help keep my hormones in proper balance. You see, when your hormones are out of balance, they cause you a lot of health problems. Less of which… you have ALMOST no chance of losing weight. It doesn’t matter if your diet is correct and exercising for an hour a day doesn’t change the fact that you won’t lose weight as long as your hormones aren’t properly aligned.

How do I do these turns? Simple…arms outstretched…turn in a circle while standing in the same area. Do this now while I take a drink of my Stevia water. Hmm… I bet your body gave a strong and powerful reaction to what you just did! Either a big boost of energy or a kind of sick feeling.

If so… GOOD! You did good then. You’ll get used to the twists and balance your hormones in the process, which in turn will help you lose weight.

Next…. after my article. Just to let you know, I am about to finish writing this article. But what do I do after finishing? EASY… I jump on my mini-trampoline for 3 minutes. It’s right here next to my desk.

The mini-trampoline is a great full-body workout, though you feel it mostly in your legs. Secondary benefit…it’s great for diminishing the appearance of cellulite. Be consistent. I use the mini-trampoline for about 30 minutes a day…but for you, try to get a minimum of 20 minutes. I do jumps on it.
