Dramatically increase the productivity of your article writing

You can dramatically increase your writing productivity using just a few well-defined techniques. To write sixty articles in a month, you only need to produce two articles per day. By writing list articles using a list article template, you can easily do two to four articles per hour. So writing sixty articles in a month should be very easy by following these simple steps.

These are the seven steps to writing a list article

o Brainstorm working titles for articles

Use a mind map or a piece of paper to write the working titles of the articles. You can think of article titles for different genres or multiple aspects of the same genre or niche.

o Use a list item template

If you paste a list article template on a blank page in Word, you can open any number of files with a template pasted on each page to start each article. Put the article title in the template and save the page.

o Write in bullet items

If you have brainstormed twenty, thirty or more articles, you should have as many pages open. Each page with a list article template pasted on it. Each page has its own working title, which is the title of your proposed article. Now write down the seven bullet points or items that you will mention in the article. There must be at least three but no more than nine points in an article.

o Add information sentences to each point

Continue to fill out your list item template outline by adding three to five sentences to each item bullet point. You can use statistics, quotes, personal observations, and opinions to add to each of the bullets.

o Write an introduction

If you haven’t written your article introduction yet, do so now. There should be at least three, but no more than five sentences in the introductory paragraph of your article. You will only need a total of about 400 words in your article.

o Write a Conclusion o Summary

Once you’ve developed the outline for your list article template, you can write a summary or conclusion for your article. This is easier if the introduction is also written. You don’t need more than three to five sentences for your conclusion or summary paragraph.

o Paste in the resource box

Paste into your resource box hypertext links that include a “call to action” for your readers. Also have half a dozen main keywords ready for your articles. At this point, voila! You are done.

With just a little practice, you can write a list article using a list article template in fifteen to twenty minutes. However, soon you will be able to do it in much less time.
