Have your own newly purchased Vango Tempest 200 store? If so, you may be interested in learning how to launch it. Actually, that shouldn’t be a problem. Here are some launch instructions you can use to help you set up your Vango tent easily and properly. This guide is very simple and not difficult to follow, so don’t think that learning to do this task will be a challenge.

First launch of the Flysheet

The first thing you need to do to set up a Vango Tempest 200 is to bring the tent poles together and position them flush with the ground. These poles are the long, medium, and short alloy poles. The next step is to unfasten the flysheet and place it correctly on the floor. Check your tension straps if they are already separated from each other. Choose the direction you want and place your tent there. After that, you need to look on the outside of the flysheet and then find the pole sleeves. Once you do, place the medium and long posts inside. After that, you need to put the short stick and put it on the eyelets. Find the tip of each main post and place it in its designated grommet located on the post anchor straps.

Start on one side of the store. The posts should be pushed in such a way that they look like arches. The ends of the post must be placed in their designated grommets found on the post anchor straps. You need to make sure the tension straps are tight. Attach the anchor straps to the rear of the tent with the use of the accessories provided. So that you can see the entire shape of the tent, you need to draw the flysheet in the opposite direction from the attached points. The last accessories should be used to fasten the anchor straps that can be found in the front. The posts must then be connected to the flysheet clips. Make sure there are no loose anchor straps, and after you are done doing this you need to attach all the tether ropes.

Assembling the inner tent

First of all, you need to unfasten the inner tent of the Vango Tempest 200 which can be found on the flysheet. The entrance should be placed in a direction that is in accordance with the entrance from the porch. Start with the back of the Vango tent and attach the tarp and hooks to their designated rings found on the flysheet anchor straps. After that, you now need to connect the inner hooks of the tent to the inner rings of the flysheet. Arrange the porch deck and fixture as the final step in this procedure.

Tension band system

Remove the band system from the pockets. Plug it into the designated jacks at the top of each post. Make adjustments until the straps are already tight. Make sure the rear TBS straps are interlocked at the access points on the internals. It is strongly recommended that too much tension is not exerted on the tent to avoid distortion of the poles.

There you have it, your new tent is fully set up. Now simply put your sleeping gear inside and start enjoying the camping experience.
