Before the compensation model
Avant’s compensation model is comprised of retail profits and residual commissions. Proceeds are paid from the sale of the Elevate home study course, the Transform conference, and the Transcend conference. To qualify for retail or residual overrides, you must first become a qualified dealer. The requirement to become a qualified distributor and earn a commission is one retail sale to the commissioned level. Avant allows your own retail purchase to count as your qualifying sale.
Retail profits are (Raise $1,000) (Transform $5,000) (Transcend $10,000). Residual overrides are commissions made on product sales made by your team that are paid out up to 4 levels deep. (Raise $50) (Transform $250) (Transcend $500).
