Have you ever struggled with self-discipline? Do you constantly want to be prosperous and successful, but end up dragging yourself because you think you can’t make your dreams come true?

This is probably because it is trying to behave in a way that is not completely in sync with its inner core. Change your core and your behavior will no longer be a struggle.

See yourself as a radio set. If you are breathing, you are connected. The station to which you are tuned can be identified by the external conditions of your life. The external conditions of your life are a by-product of your behaviors, and your behaviors are controlled by the ideas deeply embedded in your subconscious mind. So the only way to effectively and permanently improve your circumstances is to tune in to a different thought station.

For example, a radio does not bring music into the room because it is on; it only makes the music that is already there audible. The same thing happens to us… the solutions to our dilemmas already exist and we realize them when we are tuned in.

Let’s look at a person who is trying to quit smoking. Ultimately, they are “one” with the cigarette. So trying to leave him alone is as hard as it gets. Even if they are successful in leaving it alone, deep down they feel incomplete for a long, long time.

One solution to this is that every time the person is tempted by cigarettes, they say, “Oh, I don’t do that anymore…” And they say it even if they don’t really believe it in their hearts for a long time. weather.

We are affected by the things we hear. If we continually listen to people on the same station, we will continue to be in tune with our circumstances as they are. Someone who “lies” to himself out loud – enough – about a new desired “truth” will eventually alter the station he is tuned to. They will be attuned to a different collection of ideas and solutions that they have never grasped before.

The person who said, “I don’t do that anymore,” was essentially conveying a new level of thinking. As a result, his inner core changed much faster because his own ears heard her own voice making a statement of decision. She compares that to a person who, whenever she’s tempted, says out loud, “I’m trying to quit, but it’s having a hard time.” Knowing which of the two people is more likely to succeed is not a mystery.

What about a person who is tied up financially? Well, they have a problem, right? Every problem has a solution, by law. But the solution to one’s problem is never on the same level of thinking as those who got the person into the mess in the first place. As Einstein said: “The important problems we face in life cannot be solved at the same level of thinking that we were at when we created them.” Notice that he puts the responsibility for our problems squarely on our own shoulders.

Would it be harder for a smoker to discipline himself to give up a cigarette alone, or harder for him/her to SAY the words “Oh, I don’t do that anymore” before it’s 100% true? Sometimes it’s hard to lie to ourselves in a positive way… but it’s MUCH harder to drop the behavior without first changing our core.

So take a look at your circumstances. The type of home you live in, the occupation you have, the balance of your checkbook, the state of your relationships, your level of spirituality, your health… if any of these areas could be improved, they are just what they should be. because he lacks the understanding of how to improve them. You may think you know how to change it, but unless it has already changed, you only have an intellectual concept of how to change. Your thoughts about it are actually on the same frequency as the thoughts that got you where you already are.

The actual solution is probably not what you think it is. The good news is that the solution is broadcast continuously through a different station, and your job is to simply “tune in”. I need money? Stop telling yourself that you’re broke. Stop saying, “I would, IF I could afford it.” “I’ll go, IF things work out.” These are thoughts that are too solidly attuned to your current frequency. If you want something to change, you have to think on a different level.

Every commercial, every billboard, every conversation, image, and thought that we allow into our minds has an effect on how tuned in we are to our current station. Some entrances bring us down to a lower frequency, and sometimes (thank God), we stumble upon something that lifts us up. If we stay on a frequency that only generates static, chaos is often the physical manifestation of that confusion.

The ideas stored within our inner core are the things that literally control our behaviors, that dictate our external circumstances. Take control of your circumstances by taking control of your INPUT.

Ultimately, it is best to be like a radio that is tuned to the highest available broadcast. Divine inspiration fills the air in that channel. But if we’re not tuned in on that level yet, it might be a good idea to be an iPod for a while! Consciously select the messages that will lift you up until the higher way of thinking has become a way of life. While a radio may be subject to all available frequencies, an iPod only transmits exactly what you give it.

Feed your mind with messages of your choice… on purpose. Submit to input created by mentors who live at the level you want to be at. Over time, your inner core will automatically think on a higher level.

While it is true that you can tune into a different “station” if you imagine life the way you want and allow yourself to FEEL the joy of new life even before it is true (which literally changes your radio station and you will choose with ideas you’ve never had before…), you can also effectively elevate your thinking by carefully and consciously selecting your audible input.

If you don’t know how to tune into a different frequency of broadcast solutions (showing up as flashes of inspiration), you can at least purposefully listen to people who live on that elevated frequency.

Did you know that IF you answer your dilemmas with “I WILL FIND a way”, and if you believe it in your heart, you will put yourself on a different frequency? By law, you will be aware of the solution.

For example, do you ever tune your radio to a certain station and wonder if the broadcast will come on? If it is tuned correctly and if all obstructions have been removed, IT WILL GO OUT! reliably!

The same goes for finding answers to your dilemmas. The most successful people in this world know that there is always a solution and they hope to find it. The Law of Polarity states that every question has an answer. By his attitude, they find him. They are on the right frequency to catch the inspiration that will solve your problem.

There are many ways you can fill your figurative iPod with a grand entrance. A great way is to first decide what YOU want out of life and write it down. Then allow yourself to feel like it already is, at least for a few minutes today.

By doing this, you have placed yourself in a frequency where you will pick up the solutions you need. Trust your instinct and move on. ACT on the hunch, believing that you will discover what you are looking for. I’m not going to pretend that what I have is right for everyone, right now. Not everyone has the right mindset to receive what I have to give, and that’s okay.

One thing that I think is important for everyone is this advice: feed your spirit, feed your mind… and you will elevate your life.

To receive guidance from your Higher Power, tune into THAT frequency by generating genuine feelings of gratitude. Be grateful for life, however it is right now, and then allow yourself to be grateful for the life you want, even before it is with you. Pretend that it is so in your mind and feel the gratitude. That’s what turns your dial to tune in to a new station. It’s as simple as that. You will be guided by God to that new kind of life.
