Homer’s classic Epic-Odyssey belongs to the canons of Greek literature. Odyssey is a description of the return journey of the epic hero Odysseus after the Trojan War. He faces insurmountable problems with the sea god Poseidon working against him. In his home in Ithaca there are several eager suitors for his Penelope. He is able to successfully overcome all the problems and kill the suitors who are competing for his wife. Here I would like to analyze the Odyssey using newly coined neologisms.

meta psychosis

Meta-Psychosis is a condition where Gods and Goddesses intervene in the destiny of man. In the book we counter various aspects of metapsychosis. Let’s see the anger of Poseidon on Ulysses that made him shipwreck. Then there is the goddess Athena who pleads with Zeus so that he can be rescued. We find the hero trapped by the wiles of the nymph Calypso and Circe. Metapsychosis in a modern context applies to humans who are subject to the fate of their fate.

demo anarchism

Demo-anarchism comes from democracy and anarchism. In the state of Ithaca, presuming the death of the protagonist, there is a series of suitors competing to win Penelope’s hand in marriage. This can be classified as the existence of demo-anarchism. Penelope takes a bold stand and evades the wishes of the suitors. The Trojan War was a war fought for democratic reasons and can be compared to the Gulf War, where the United States liberated Kuwait from Saddam Hussein. The decision of the god Poseidon not to favor the trip of Odysseus is also a state of demo-anarchism.

paradox

The paradox is a peculiar trauma that Odysseus faces when he is shipwrecked and stranded on various islands. He faces the condition of being in the paradox of being human and being God. However, he remains steadfast in his faith to be loyal to Penelope and return to the island of Ithaca. When he confronts Calypso and Circe, he manages to evade their temptations with the intervention of the gods. The paradox also refers to the conflict of the gods that weighs on the fate of Ulysses.

metacolonization

Metacolonization is a symptom that the gods are colonialists and interfere in the hero’s life. The wrath of Poseidon and the shipwreck of Odysseus mark the birth of colonization in a metaphysical sense. The entire history of European colonization has its birth in the poem. We find that the character of the actor in the poem is democratic, seeking the search for democracy by force of character.

myth-poesis

Mitopoesis is the characterization of the network of supernatural and natural elements in the art of poetry. Odysseus faces a mountain of problems on his journey back from Troy. Some of the problems are created by the gods to test Odysseus’s character and strength. The poem Odyssey is intensely subjective and carries the catharsis of poetic subjectivity.
