THE SAR OF MEN IS AN IMPORTANT FACTOR IN THE PRE-TRIAL
As soon as I got out of jail and tried to catch up on my business beyond salvation, I started reading up on the different laws that related to my case and came across Men’s Rae. At the time, I got the impression that if you are innocent, this law was salvation, but instead it was one of the laws that caused a large amount of prison time. While I was in jail, as they said I was suicidal without verification, the judge told me that they did not have enough evidence against me and they would lose the trial and therefore ordered me to be guilty and plead guilty. That’s right, he changed my plea from not guilty to guilty without my consent and there was nothing he could do about it, and my lawyer told me that he can do whatever he wants, and now I’m guilty. Later, while I was still in jail, the prosecutor visited me and told me that I was going to stay in jail until after the grand jury spoke. He did it on purpose, since I had the right to speak in my own defense, but they locked me up in jail and did not inform me of my right to speak. I should be informed of my right to speak, but he refused me. If I had to speak before the grand jury, I would have been released, because the contested charges were so far outside my purview and I was constantly watched by the FBI. Another fact is that most lawyers are not allowed to be present at the grand jury.
After I was released, I was not allowed to attend any meetings related to my case. It was going to be handled by my lawyer, all three of them were incompetent, although I had the right to be present. My point to you is that you need an honest defense attorney and I believe a good source of information on a defense attorney is the NACDL, or National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, as there are over 70,000 members across the country and they are fighting for reform. There are other brief organizations as well, and make sure you are well represented as well. Well worth the money, so I don’t have to spend four years in prison, a lifetime of supervised probation, and a very incompetent doctor, as a result I am disabled today.
Men’s rea and actus rea are two important terms in criminal law in the Western world. The terms are taken from the Latin sentence ‘Actus non facit reum nisi mens sit rea’ (an act does not make a person guilty unless the mind is also guilty). This is known as “guilty mind.” Without intention, the fact does not make the person guilty.
Thus, the men’s rea refers to the intention, while the actus rea refers to an action.
Men’s Rea means criminal intent. It is one of the important elements of the crime. calls an act a crime; For example: A person A throws a stone at a tree to pick a fruit, but he does not know that B is sitting on the tree, and the thrown stone hits B’s head and injures him. then, it is considered that A did not voluntarily hit B to cause damage. There was no criminal intent by A. It means that the absence of the men’s area does not make a job or act a crime.
In any criminal case, the action, as well as the intent, must be established in order for a person to be charged with a crime. The degree and type of causality must also be considered. Additionally, all legitimate defenses, mitigating factors, and extenuating circumstances must be taken into account in determining a criminal charge.

Most crimes require what lawyers call “men’s area,” which is Latin for “guilty mind.” In other words, what was the defendant’s state of mind and what was the defendant intending when he committed the crime. Men’s Rea allows the criminal justice system to differentiate between someone who did not intend to commit a crime and someone who intentionally set out to commit a crime. This is what the law says, but in reality you are guilty.
These mental states are, in descending order of magnitude: “intent” or “purpose”,
• “knowledge,”
• “recklessness” (often called “willful blindness” in the United States), and
• “gross (or criminal) negligence”.
Men’s Rae was created from another act which was the “Cattle Transfer Act, 1871 (1 of 1871)”. This was a law created in India for cattle, not people. How absurd. And yes, I have a copy of the law and I read through most of this confusing law. And we use this law to make the innocent guilty and extend the sentences of the guilty. This law plus another is one of the main factors in our overcrowding inside prisons, with the taxpayer footing the bills. After finding these facts, I didn’t feel like dancing, but just standing around mooing.
The defendant should be aware of this law and its conclusions, yet somehow it just falls off the schedule. This law was also created for violent offenders and those who are dangerous to society. This law needs complete reform, immediately, but the best method of reform would be to bury it deep under 400 tons of concrete with maximum amounts of rebar, or sink it to the deepest depths of the ocean.
The law can be reconstructed in the human way. Talk about a guilty mind. Show me a person who has never at any time had a guilty mind and I will call them a liar. Name the person who didn’t mean to do something and never completed the act, and I’ll call them a liar. That can be you, your neighbor, your spouse, even the prosecutor and the judge since we are all human and only God is not to blame. What do you think confessions are for?

Mens rea (/ˈmÉ›nz ˈriË É™/; Law Latin for “guilty mind”) is the mental element of a person’s intent to commit a crime or the knowledge that one’s action or inaction would cause one to commit a crime. a crime was committed. It is a necessary element of many crimes.
The important talking point of the above is that it is the basis for addition and strong relationships with other laws that are directly responsible for the overcrowding of our jails today. It opens up the opportunity for the innocent to be found guilty, therefore increasing the prison population and also extending the normal sentence of the guilty individual well beyond its original intent, again overcrowding the prison system.
Innocents serving time have potentially lost family, friends, jobs and are looked down upon by society. For the incarcerated, their friends usually run away from them. Often the only people who continue to be close to them will have spent time with them, and if they are caught communicating, especially during their probation period, they return to prison, keeping prison population rates high and “safe society.” . So what about rehab? It seems to be missing or does not exist.
NUMBER OF LAWS
There are some 20,000 laws that only govern the use and possession of weapons. New laws mean new crimes. From early 2000 to 2007, Congress had created at least 452 new crimes, bringing the total number of federal crimes at that time to over 4,450. Of course, times change and laws need to be updated. As the conviction rate increases, more tax dollars are required to maintain prisons. Prisoners must be fed and clothed, which requires their tax dollars. But what you don’t know, and I do know and I’m going to share, refers to the food given to the prisoners. As for the number of laws that exist today, where are they registered? I found out that many of these laws are kept secret by the Department of Justice. This is against the Constitution as we have the right to know ALL laws and have access to them as we are responsible. I came across a website that supposedly contains a multitude of laws. I found a very critical law and its title is: “Speed Limits | City of Mesa http://www.mesaaz.gov/residents/transportation/speed-limits”, and this can send you to federal prison and if you are guilty or not guilty since you will go to prison for Rae of men.
Men’s rea is also one of the main laws to turn an innocent defendant into a guilty person and also the actual guilty person can get an extended sentence with this law which leads to the overcrowding of our current system and other factors that require big institutions. built with specific specifications so that the person held inside is not, while imprisoned, a danger to society.
Men’s Rae is all about guilty mind. I try to understand how a judge can label the defendant and look into a person’s mind and determine if he is guilty and guilty with the intention of contemplating his criminal act. The little I know about psychology is that it is difficult to determine what another person thinks, and to say that they have a guilty mind makes me doubt. How does one know what this person was thinking and fully intending to commit the act? And yet this law is one of the biggest contributors to our current overpopulation problem, because they could take an innocent man and, through their interpretation of guilty mind and intent and ultimately the crime, determine that the man is guilty of a crime he cannot commit. they have committed, but still the court decides the fate and ruin of this individual. They have no idea of the consequences of being in prison. I lost almost all my friends, I lost a brother, I lost business partners, I lost the love and respect of my family, and as I walked through a crowd of people who gravitated away from me and I wore the scarlet letter Getting a job is a joke. Society has abandoned me, but did the court care that they convicted an innocent? NOT. They just filled another empty bed inside the Bureau of Prisons for more money.
For me, I find this to be one of the worst laws in our country. But, as noted above, we adapted this law from another country, India, and the law deals with livestock in your country. Another law has recently been read that is even worse than the Rae of men, and I will write about this law.
Since the publisher doesn’t accept the top five applications I intended to submit, it gives a visual presentation of just a few issues that have been identified within the Department of Justice, but now I’m thinking about this new project that I’m currently working on. on will become a book and many graphics will be included for visual presentation. The story they tell is very moving and gets to the point of areas that are in dire need of renovation.
