Interested in finding some well-proven methods to quickly and easily earn gold in WoW? Many players struggle to get that epic mount or just better, much-needed gear. Some even take that drastic and mostly illegal route of buying gold online. Well, here are some of the steps you can take to earn some extra money.

Any level:

In Westfall, the Defias Brotherhood Windmill is a great location. Along the coast you should see the windmill that dominates the beach. In that area there is a group of Defias Pillagers and other similar mobs. These Defias are roughly level 12 so even low level players can do this one. They drop some decent loot, but more importantly they drop linen cloth, which can be turned around and sold on the auction house for decent money, especially with its drop rate. Even for higher levels, this place is good because the spawn rate is incredibly fast. It’s pretty hard to keep the place clear. I still go here from time to time.

Level 30 Rank:

In Southshore, head north past the yeti cave and up past the entrance to Alterac Valley. There you should see many mountain yetis. They drop coins, can be skinned, and there are plenty of mining spots around. If you head to the left, near the ledge, you usually won’t see many people. Pretty quiet place to level and farm without the hassle of fighting over area.

Level 40 Rank:

In the Badlands, look for the Lethlor Ravine in the eastern part of the map. There are two entrances to it. Near both entrances are black cubs. In the ravine itself are the elites, so stay away from them. The pups drop good coins, can be skinned, drop bags of llamas, and have mining spots nearby. Skins, ore, and bags of llamas can be sold on the auction house for good gold. Thick leather doesn’t generally sell well to players, but it still sold to vendors for around 60 silver a stack. Even better, they have a rare drop of a dark brood. These are summonable pets that many players are looking for. You will get quite a bit of gold for one. You can usually get one if you spend your time hunting in that area.
